Thank you so much for everything. You really helped me be sure I didn't just buy a house, but I bought a HOME! You knew where to look, what to compare to and made sure I was sure before letting me fall in love with the first house I saw. Even when negotiations and closing got tough you were quick to smooth things out as they came and to address all of my concerns. You went above and beyond throughout the process and I am so happy in my first home!

Erin was a fantastic resource for us when we purchased our summer home in Charlestown RI. Erin brought a lot of value to the process:
?Erin had a great knowledge of the area which was great because while we spent a lot of time at the beach in the past - we didn?t have the knowledge of which neighborhoods were going to fit our requirements (we wanted to be close to a specific beach, but in a somewhat secluded location and preferred a water view). Not an easy order to fill!
?Erin listened to what we wanted ? she also carefully observed our reactions to the first few places we saw and helped us adjust our own requirements based on her observations ? she didn?t just act as an order taker, but more of an advisor.
?Erin found us exactly what we wanted ? she is well connected in the area and was on top of new listings which got us a look at a property that was new to the market. She was also flexible ? we had more than one scheduling problem and she made everything work around us.
?Erin was very knowledgeable of the pricing in the local housing market which helped us position an appropriate offer to get a quick acceptance.
?After we had the purchase agreement Erin helped us line up every inspection, lawyer and all other service providers we needed to complete the transaction. This was especially helpful since we were quite a distance away and had very busy work schedules.
?Even after the sale Erin helped us find the best people to mow the lawn, clean the house, etc ? that extra bit of attention really made the entire home buying process smooth and get us into our dream home without a lot of the normal hassles one would expect.
I?d recommend Erin to anyone ? she brings an incredible amount of value to the process of buying a home and easily the best partner we have ever had while making a real estate purchase.

Thank you so much for all the help you have given us. You have a fantastic knowledge of the area as well as lots of the properties which made it easier to weed through the "lists" of houses I gave you!!! It was also nice to have a realtor that had a lot of construction knowledge so that you could point out various issues with a home, water damage, etc Thanks Erin! It was a pleasure working with you!

Erin helped me buy my first home. The process took a long time, over 6 months, due to the fact it was a specialized mortgage and the seller was difficult to deal with. Erin was patient and perseverant, helping me through each step of the process. I was amazed at how much effort she put into this purchase. If you're thinking of buying or selling anywhere in the South County area, your best bet for an agent is Erin Diaz!
Erin has been waiting patiently through the winter and spring while we transformed our outdated but excellently located 70s home into a showcase property. Erin is persistent without being pushy and has customer satisfaction as job number one! Her enthusiasm is contagious! She handles the pressures of the tough times with a sincere smile and extra effort. She is the BEST!

Erin helped make are dream of owning a farm come true. Every step of the way Erin was there for us. Purchasing a property is an exciting time but can also have very stressful and scary moments. Erin was so patient and understanding of every emotion we had good or bad. She always had our best interest at heart never for a moment did it feel like she was concerned about anything other than what was best for us. We believe she went above and beyond what most realtors would have considered their job. We not only will look to Erin for any of our future real estate needs we highly recommend Beaches and Backroads Realty. Thank you Erin for everything!

Well, I am sitting in MY NEW HOUSE THANKS TO ERIN DAIZ!!!!!!!! I always thought looking at houses would be so much fun......I was looking with another agent and it wasn't fun-it felt like work.Then I called Erin-and it became fun! Erin is a straight forward,tell you how it is kind of girl.She was there for me every step of the way! She listened to me when I was stressed or scared about the thought of being a homeowner and she was the one to calm me down.
I could reach her at all hours of the day and she never made me feel like I was being a pain(when I knew I was). I tell everyone one that if it weren't for Erin I would NEVER have bought a house! She is an amazing agent as well as an amazing friend now,so I really lucked out,I got a house and a good friend!!
Anyone would be crazy to go to another realtor! Some of the realtors we dealt with in the "house hunting" process drove me NUTS and made me even more sure that I had picked the perfect realtor with Erin!!
Thanks Erin,I really appreciate everything that you did for me-I am sitting in my new house(and LOVING it) thanks to your hard work and determination!!
